Join our growing team of engineers that analyze and architect software and software-intensive systems from Concept of Operations (CONOP) to reality. We need expert knowledge in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) System Architecture to help our clients engineer solutions that collect, store, analyze, and visualization complex intelligence information. Our Systems Engineers work directly with our customers to identify and document requirements, perform analysis of alternatives, select technical architectures, design solutions, develop testing approaches, and deploy next-generation solutions that meet mission-critical end-user needs while also ensuing the solutions we develop meet the latest security, standards, and compliance requirements.

Our Network Engineers and System Admins use the latest technologies from Cisco, Juniper, and others in both hetero- and homogenous operating environments. We design and maintain complex infrastructures and networks for all classification levels designed to meet client-specified requirements and goals. Help our customers understand target network environments and hardware present within those networks to plan successful compute network operations.

Be part of a team of diverse backgrounds performing ongoing, comprehensive vulnerability assessments and/or analysis of network cybersecurity risks to enable risk management and mitigation activities. Our Test Engineers work as an independent, yet integral, part of development teams to ensure overall systems quality is maintained and all requirements are met. Our Test Engineers understand that testing is more than answering the question, “Does it functionally work?” Mission software needs to work under stress, under adverse and unforeseen conditions, and at the same time be easily understood by end-users whose work relies on high quality, highly reliable systems. To achieve these goals, Nexxis Test Engineers develop and execute test policies/plans/procedures, test harnesses, and automated tests using the latest generation of testing tools that run continuously in a DevOps test environment.
Functional Domains: High Performance Computing (especially benchmarking), Cloud Computing, Computer Network Operations, Mission Management, Analytics, End User Systems.
Degree Requirements: A B.S. in a related field is preferred but not required and may be substituted with a comparable number of years of testing experience.
Experience Requirements: Available positions range from 0 – 10+ years of experience.

Nexxis is supporting current and near-term efforts to provide information and system security engineering, life cycle solutions, system security testing, risk assessment, and continuous monitoring. We are looking for candidates to provide Cybersecurity expertise to systems and projects to ensure that the appropriate security features and safeguards are designed, integrated, and implemented for all information systems.
Functional Domains: Security Controls Assessment, Information System Security (ISSE/ISSO/ISSM), DevSecOps, IT Security, Information Assurance, Security Engineering, Cybersecurity Network Analysis, Penetration Testing, Splunk Engineering & Administration
Degree Requirements: A B.S. in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required for most positions. A Master’s or Ph.D. in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field is a plus but not required for most positions. Some positions may consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Certification Requirements: Most positions require DoD 8570.01-m (level 2 or above) compliance. A minimum of Security+ strongly preferred; CISSP or above required for some opportunities.
